Even though it’s been five years since his grandmother passed away, Wayne’s mother and her family still struggle with feelings steming from her Long-Term Care needs. It serves as a constant reminder to Wayne that families without a plan for potential Long-Term Care needs don’t realize that the problems may last far longer than the actual need for care and have dramatic effects on family relationships.
The first time new clients visit with Wayne, they know they’re dealing with an advocate that knows that life is complicated and involves a broad picture prior to making important decisions. And that’s exactly what Wayne’s background has prepared him to do. He’s used to building plans from the ground up and making them happen. His most recent experience with Harvard Risk Management Corp involved major changes to business development and marketing strategies in multiple industries. In 2002, he founded Property Vision, a property management company for other real estate investors still in operation today. He founded Metro Food & Beverage Staffing/Express Employment Professionals in 1997 generating nearly $1M in revenue by 2001.
Graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Menomonie, WI, Wayne learned the importance of dealing with people on a “one to one” basis and building long term relationships.
