GoldenCare Joins Integrity Marketing Group

Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), today announced that it has completed the acquisition of GoldenCare USA, Inc. (“GoldenCare”), a national wholesaler of Long-Term Care, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement products. As part of the deal, GoldenCare’s founder, Lenny Anderson, becomes an owner in Integrity. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
