Rick Allen
Rick has been in the insurance industry for nearly 30 years. He has held management roles with two national insurance companies and, most recently, owned an insurance agency in the Twin Cities. Rick sold the agency and retired in 2017, but in assessing his own retirement needs he saw the opportunity to help others with similar concerns.
Rick has earned three insurance industry designations related to the needs of GoldenCare customers: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP). Rick’s customers enjoy his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to helping others.
Growing up in a farming community in southwestern Iowa, Rick worked his way through school and graduated with a BS in Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He and his wife, Mary, have two grown sons.
